As of the 2010 United States Census, the borough's population was 4,640,〔〔〔 reflecting an increase of 180 (+4.0%) from the 4,460 counted in the 2000 Census, which had in turn declined by 103 (-2.3%) from the 4,563 counted in the 1990 Census.〔(Table 7.
